Nathan joined KAHUI LEGAL from Kensington Swan’s Maori Services Team in 2006. Nathan’s professional experience also includes past work as an Investigating Officer at the Office of the Ombudsman, Research Counsel in the Waitangi Tribunal/Maori Land Court and Assistant Registrar at the Waitangi Tribunal.
Nathan presently represents clients in both the Waitangi Tribunal and Maori Land Court and he has been appointed as special counsel by the Court in several cases. He has also been extensively involved in the Ngati Porou foreshore and seabed negotiations.
